Trophi ("we", "our", or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our mobile application.

Trophi is operated by an independent developer based in Türkiye.

When you create an account, we collect your email address, display name, and authentication credentials.

Workout Data

We collect the workout data you enter, including exercises, sets, reps, weight, RIR (Reps in Reserve), failure indicators, and program configurations. This data is used to provide the core tracking functionality and calculate estimated 1RM values.

Device Information

We may collect information such as device type, operating system version, and unique device identifiers to ensure compatibility and improve the App experience.

Analytics

We collect anonymized usage and performance data (such as feature usage, session duration, and crash reports) to understand how the App is used and to improve stability and performance.

This data is not used to identify individual users or for advertising purposes.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

• Provide and maintain the App's functionality
• Track workouts and training progress
• Calculate estimated 1RM values
• Create shareable stat cards when requested by you
• Send important account and service notifications
• Improve and optimize the App
• Respond to support requests

4. Storage and Security

Your data is stored using industry-standard security practices, including encryption at rest and in transit. We use Supabase as our backend infrastructure provider.

While we take reasonable measures to protect your information, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

5. Third Parties

We may share limited information with the following third parties:

• Apple App Store: Subscription management and payment processing, subject to Apple's privacy policies.
• Analytics and monitoring services: Used to collect anonymized usage and performance data.

We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

6. Data Retention

We retain your account and workout data for as long as your account remains active. If you delete your account, we will delete your personal data within 30 days, unless retention is required by law.

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights regarding your personal data, including those provided under GDPR and other applicable data protection laws. These rights may include:

The App is not intended for users under the age of 13.
